700L Electric Two-Vessel Brewhouse
This 700L electric heated two-vessel brewhouse is built for craft breweries that need repeatable batch production without a steam boiler. The usual layout combines a mash/lauter tun with a kettle/whirlpool. Electric heating suits sites where steam is unavailable or permitting is tight. For 700L finished wort per batch, confirm kettle working volume, heating rate, and power supply before layout. We usually ask for batch size, beer styles, brewhouse footprint, ceiling height, and utilities.
Wetted parts use SUS304 as standard; SUS316L is available for high-chloride water or customer specification. Tanks are TIG welded, with internal welds ground and polished where product contact matters. Pickling and passivation can be included. Shell and dish thickness follow tank diameter and pressure requirements, not one fixed gauge. Heating elements are mounted with service access. False bottom slots, sparge arm, and wort grant details affect lautering performance, so we confirm grist load and desired runoff rate before fabrication.

Common purchasing questions
Can it run on single-phase power? A 700L batch usually needs a three-phase supply. Heating element kW, recovery time, and building capacity must be checked together.
Do we need a whirlpool vessel? Many two-vessel systems use the kettle as whirlpool after boil. If you brew heavily hopped styles or need faster turnaround, a separate whirlpool may be justified.
How is cleaning handled? CIP connections, spray ball position, and pump sizing should be agreed at drawing stage. Dead legs and low points are reviewed before shipment.
What information speeds up a quote? Batch size, beers, brews per week, water analysis, power supply, available space, and future expansion.
