Description
We build this 300L five-tower rig for distillers who have outgrown a single pot still. One run, five columns — stripping, rectifying, and a dedicated gin basket section. Copper sits where it earns its keep: column plates, gin basket, and the vapor path directly above the boiler. Everything downstream is 304 stainless.
What 300L actually gets you
300L is the practical middle ground for a craft distillery that is already selling. Two shifts gets you roughly 25 to 35 barrels a year, with enough headroom to run cherry brandy mash, whiskey wash, and neutral spirit on the same frame. Under 200L, you are refilling all day. Past 500L, you need steam and a bigger building.

Electric or steam
Electric is easier to install — no boiler, no steam permit in most places, and you can dial power per column. Steam heats faster and holds steadier reflux at this size, but it brings a generator, piping, and a maintenance routine somebody has to own. Tight floor space usually settles the argument.
Cherry brandy customers ask about the gin basket more than whiskey customers do. Same part either way: pull it out for fruit brandy and take vapor off a lower plate.
Before you ask for a quote
Send us product type and target ABV, batch size per run, available power in kW and phase, ceiling height, and whether steam is already on site. A floor plan helps. That usually removes two or three rounds of back-and-forth.
