Description

2000L–3000L Microbrewery System for Craft Beer Production

This brewery system is built for brewers moving from pilot batches to regular commercial production. A 2000L or 3000L brewhouse usually includes mash/lauter tun, brew kettle/whirlpool, hot liquor tank, cold liquor tank, plate heat exchanger, pumps, piping and controls. We match vessel count and layout to your brew length, brewhouse turns per day and available floor space rather than forcing a fixed skid. Applications include brewpubs, craft breweries, contract brewing sites and beverage plants adding beer lines.

Fabrication details matter at this scale. Product-contact parts are SUS304 as standard, with SUS316L available for chloride exposure or customer specification. Tanks are TIG welded, passivated and polished on wetted surfaces; dimple jackets are pressure-tested before insulation and cladding. Fermenters and bright tanks use conical or dish bottoms, 2–3 bar design pressure, relief valves and sample/carbonation ports. Brewhouse vessels are atmospheric unless your process requires otherwise.

Typical configuration

  • Mash/lauter tun with false bottom and sparge arm
  • Kettle/whirlpool with steam, electric or direct-fire heating
  • HLT and CLT sized to brew length and cooling demand
  • Fermenters with glycol jackets, CIP spray ball and racking arm
  • Glycol chiller, pumps, valves and sanitary piping

FAQ

2000L or 3000L? Base the choice on saleable beer per week, fermenter count and brewhouse turns. A 2000L system with four fermenters can be more flexible than a 3000L brewhouse with too little cold capacity.

Why use glycol jackets? Fermentation heat must be removed steadily. Jacket area, chiller capacity and coolant flow need to match tank size and crash-cooling schedule.

How is CIP connected? We plan CIP supply and return headers, spray balls, pump and valve routes so tanks can be cleaned without dismantling piping.

Tell us your batch size, beer type, number of fermentation tanks and available space. We can recommend the tank volume, cooling area and configuration for your brewery.

Customer Review

We have been using this still for a few batches now making whiskey, gin and a few other spirits and we are very happy with the results so far. The gear works well and gives good control during distillation. The spirit comes out clean and consistent from batch to batch and we have gotten the flavor profile we were looking for. It has also been easy to operate and maintain. It has been a great addition to our distillery and I’d definitely recommend it to other craft distillers looking for reliable equipment.”
